I have one touchpad that quit working. The back light still illuminate if the actual lights are on or off but you cannot control the light from that touchpad. Any thoughts?
HMS-365 House Monitoring and Control System
Continued happy owner of 2007 Country Coach Magna with updated HMS365 display and WiFi/RVC app. When installed the tech did not calibrate the system to properly display the levels of the black / grey / fresh water tanks. Is there a document that describes the procedure to calibrate the display to the true tank levels?
Have a Silverleaf Fault code as follows and trying to find out what may be the cause & remedy; 2017 NEWMAR ESSEX (801212) RV-C DIAG CODES DC-SYSTEM 2048 (1-0-0) 7 FAULT UNKNOWN MECH Other info: Coach is currently connected to shore power (50A) DC POWER SCREEN INDICATES: 13.6V <<< FLOAT 14A AC POWER SCREEN INDICATES SHORE POWER ON 3A 123V 0A 125V Only observed problem that I can determine is the the BATTERY DISCONNECT does not appear to be functioning. When I select either the DISC switch in the silver leaf panel or my DISC switch door side, neither will activate and does not turn the 12V lights, etc. off. I do seem to hear the "clicking" of a relay in the back of the coach (possibly in the electrical basement compartment but cannot tell as I am by myself when attempting to activate the DISC. Also noteworthy to add is I have checked all my 12V fuses and all are ok. Need advice on what to look for / and how to troubleshoot DC Fault Code.
I have one climate temp sensor that is acting oddly. It alternates between the actual temperature and displaying -459F. Also, there are errors on the diagnostics screen. Please see the attachments for the configuration and the diagnostics screen. Thanks!
What do you do when you want to plug your coach into shore power--but, say, you've landed your American-made coach in the UK? How does this 50cycle and 230VAC pan out on North American-style 220VAC 60cycle? The coach in question has this symptom: When plugged into shore power, the the transfer switch won't "pull in" (latch) and the error "Bad Frequency" is displayed on the Total Coach panel. I've emailed this question out specifically to folks who have indicated they're in the UK. Yes--All Six Of Them! ;-) You folks and anyone else with specific knowledge are welcome to join us to reveal your clever solutions. And, if things were sometimes by trial and, er...retrial--share those too! cheers Art //
