VMS-500 Vehicle Monitoring System

The VMS-500 puts the information you need where you need it

VMS-500

A complete standalone vehicle monitoring system

The VMS-500 is a fully self-contained vehicle monitoring device that features a high-contrast capacitive touch-screen with vibrant color and a convenient form factor.

The VMS-500 is an intelligent data translator that links to your engine diagnostic port on your diesel truck or RV. Like its forerunner, VMSpc, it allows you to read performance and diagnostic information quickly and easily. You get complete real-time performance gauges, diagnostics, trip information more. Flexible gauge screens give you access to multiple parameters at once.

The updated design of the VMS-500 simplifies your setup by eliminating the need for a laptop or tablet. Plus, there are no software downloads or drivers to install. Just plug in, pick your engine and fuel tank capacity, and you’re up and running! A sleek, built-in touch screen provides all the information you need with remarkable clarity. You can even customize your layout to highlight the information you need most.

Thanks to an intuitive menu system, you don’t need to worry about spending hours studying a manual. We’ve made the VMS-500 easy to understand and customize. And once you’re ready to install it in your rig, you’ll have the option of mounting it externally, using its fully enclosed back shell, or mounting the screen directly in the dash.

Your VMS-500 purchase includes everything you need to supplement your vehicle’s native gauges, replace an existing gauge, or duplicate a gauge in an easy-to-read format.

Just plug the included cable into the J1939 or J1708 diagnostic port and select your engine type and tank size.
